iNVR pro (“the App”) is published by A-Plus Video Technologies (“we”, “us”). The App is a client for connecting to A-Plus NVR / VMS recording devices that you or your organization own and operate. This policy explains what data the App handles.
We do not operate a cloud account system and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information for advertising. Video, audio, and device credentials stay on your device and flow directly between your device and your own NVR.
Device connection details. When you add an NVR, the host/domain, port, username and password you enter are stored only on your device, in the platform’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore-backed storage). These credentials are sent only to the NVR you configured, to authenticate. We do not receive them.
Live and recorded video / audio. Video and audio are streamed directly between the App and your NVR over your network. This media is not routed to, stored on, or processed by our servers.
Microphone. If you use the two-way talk feature, the App accesses the microphone to send audio to the selected camera. Audio is transmitted only to your NVR while talk is active and is not recorded by us.
Photos / files. Snapshots and exported clips you create are saved to your device’s local storage or photo library, at your request. They are not uploaded.
Push notifications (when enabled). If you enable alarm push, your NVR sends event notifications to a forwarding service that delivers them to Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). This requires a device push token and the event metadata (event type, channel, timestamp). It does not include video. You can disable alarm push per device at any time.
Because connection details and media are stored on your device, you can delete them at any time by removing a device in the App or uninstalling the App.
The App is intended for use by professional and consumer security-system operators and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.

iNVR pro(以下稱「本 App」)由 A-Plus Video Technologies(以下稱「我們」)發行。本 App 是用於連線至您或您的組織所擁有並營運的 A-Plus NVR / VMS 錄影設備的客戶端。本政策說明本 App 如何處理資料。
我們不經營雲端帳號系統,也不會為了廣告而蒐集、販售或分享您的個人資訊。影像、音訊與設備憑證皆保存在您的裝置上,並直接於您的裝置與您自有的 NVR 之間傳輸。
設備連線資訊。 當您新增 NVR 時,您輸入的主機/網域、連接埠、帳號與密碼僅儲存在您的裝置上,使用平台的安全儲存(iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)。這些憑證只會傳送至您設定的 NVR 以進行驗證,我們不會取得。
即時與錄影影音。 影像與音訊透過您的網路,直接在本 App 與您的 NVR 之間串流。此媒體不會傳送至、儲存於或由我們的伺服器處理。
麥克風。 若您使用雙向對講功能,本 App 會存取麥克風,將音訊傳送到所選攝影機。音訊僅在對講進行中傳送至您的 NVR,我們不會錄製。
照片 / 檔案。 您建立的快照與匯出片段,會依您的操作儲存到裝置的本機儲存或相簿,不會被上傳。
推播通知(啟用時)。 若您啟用警報推播,您的 NVR 會將事件通知傳送至轉發服務,再由該服務透過 Apple 推播服務(APNs)或 Firebase 雲端訊息(FCM)遞送。此功能需要裝置推播權杖與事件中繼資料(事件類型、通道、時間戳),不含影像。您可隨時針對各設備關閉警報推播。
由於連線資訊與媒體皆儲存在您的裝置上,您可隨時在本 App 中移除設備,或解除安裝本 App 來刪除它們。
本 App 供專業與一般保全系統操作者使用,並非針對兒童設計。
我們可能會更新本政策,更新時將同步變更「最後更新」日期。

iNVR pro(以下「本アプリ」)は A-Plus Video Technologies(以下「当社」)が提供します。本アプリは、お客様またはお客様の組織が所有・運用する A-Plus NVR / VMS 録画機器に接続するためのクライアントです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱うデータについて説明します。
当社はクラウドアカウントシステムを運用しておらず、広告目的でお客様の個人情報を収集・販売・共有することはありません。映像・音声・機器の認証情報はお客様の端末に保存され、お客様の端末とお客様自身の NVR との間で直接やり取りされます。
機器の接続情報。 NVR を追加する際に入力するホスト/ドメイン、ポート、ユーザー名、パスワードは、端末内のみに、プラットフォームのセキュアストレージ(iOS キーチェーン / Android キーストア)を用いて保存されます。これらの認証情報は認証のために設定した NVR にのみ送信され、当社は受け取りません。
ライブおよび録画の映像 / 音声。 映像と音声は、お客様のネットワークを介して本アプリと NVR の間で直接ストリーミングされます。当社のサーバーを経由・保存・処理することはありません。
マイク。 双方向通話機能を使用する場合、本アプリはマイクにアクセスし、選択したカメラへ音声を送信します。音声は通話中に NVR へ送信されるのみで、当社が録音することはありません。
写真 / ファイル。 作成したスナップショットやエクスポートしたクリップは、お客様の操作により端末のローカルストレージまたは写真ライブラリに保存されます。アップロードされることはありません。
プッシュ通知(有効時)。 アラームプッシュを有効にすると、NVR はイベント通知を転送サービスへ送信し、そこから Apple プッシュ通知サービス(APNs)または Firebase Cloud Messaging(FCM)経由で配信されます。この機能には端末のプッシュトークンとイベントのメタデータ(イベント種別、チャンネル、タイムスタンプ)が必要で、映像は含まれません。アラームプッシュは機器ごとにいつでも無効化できます。
接続情報とメディアは端末内に保存されるため、本アプリで機器を削除する、または本アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでも削除できます。
本アプリは専門および一般の防犯システム運用者の利用を想定しており、子供を対象としていません。
本ポリシーは更新される場合があり、その際は「最終更新日」を変更します。
